Our Private Dining Room is suitable for up to 32 people and comes equipped with full audio-visual capabilities
and sheer and blackout blinds. Perfect for your next special occasion with family and friends or for business meetings and presentations.

The Private Dining Room is available for breakfast meetings from 7am to 11am Monday to Friday.
A lunch event may be held from Monday to Friday from midday to 3pm
or an evening event on Friday from 6pm to 10pm.

BREAKFAST
For Breakfast we offer four options for catering:
Light refreshments with fruit and pastries on arrival for $12 per guest
Full A La Carte Breakfast. Available for groups of up to 15 guests only
Group A La Carte Breakfast. Guests order at the table from a reduced breakfast menu
Alternate Drop Breakfast. For fast seamless service when conducting a bust meeting schedule

LUNCH OR DINNER
For lunch or dinner we offer three option for catering:
A la carte. Available for group up to 20 guests only.
Guests are welcome to order from the full a la carte menu from the table on arrival
Alternate Drop. Available for groups of 21+ guests.
The organize selects 2 dishes per course. Dishes are served alternate drop
Shared Set Course. Available for groups of 21+ guests.
The organize selects 3 dishes per course.
Selected dishes are served on platters to the middle of the table for guests to share

To allow for time to make the necessary arrangements, prearranged menu selections and all dietary requirements are required 72 hours prior to dining at the latest.

Booking Confirmation
To secure exclusive use of the Private Dining Room a deposit is required.
For a breakfast meeting the deposit is $120 or for lunch or dinner we require $150
The balance of the bill is to be settled at the conclusion of the event. All monies paid will be forfeited
in the event of cancellation within 7 days of the event date, or no show on the day.
Confirmation of the number of guests attending is required 72 hours prior to dining.
For Breakfast $12 will be charged, or for lunch or dinner $15 will be charged,
for each empty seat at the table based on final confirmation of the number of guests attending.
All cancellations must be made in writing to eat@motorwagen.com.au
