Come and celebrate winter with us, and indulge in our delicious 5 course degustation. Our new Head Chef Federico Gramignani (“Freddie”) has created a wonderful winter menu of contemporary Australian dishes with some influences from his Italian heritage. Matching wines or craft beers will make it a night worth remembering!

Thursday nights in July, 5:30pm – 9:30pm

Degustation Menu $85 per guest without wines or $140 per guest with matching beer and wines

Amuse Bouche

Kingfish ceviche, celeriac, apple, daikon, puffed pork skin, grapefruit and coriander dressing

Rabbit croquettes, carrot pure, heirloom carrots, braised celery and glazed shallots

Nduja button ravioli, mooloolaba king prawns, mushrooms and seaweed dashi, shiitake and herbs

Lamb shoulder, kolhrabi pure, macereted cabbage, glazed shallots, wattle seed granola

Deep fried banana, sourdough bread and hazelnut praline, coconut and liquorice
