Private Dining Room

Motorwagen Private Dining Room is suitable for groups of up to 32 with separate audio/visual and sheer & blockout blinds. Perfect to celebrate your next special occasion with family and friends and for business meetings and presentations.To secure exclusive use of the Private Dining Room for breakfast a $120 deposit is required, to secure the space for lunch or dinner a the deposit is $150.

 

Private Dining Room and Dining Lounge

The private Dining Room combined with the Dining Lounge can accommodate groups between 33 to 60 guests. To reserve exclusive use of this space for a $1500 minimum spend applies. To secure a reservation a $750 deposit is required.

 

Exclusive Use of Motorwagen

Exclusive use of the entire restaurant is suitable for a seated event for a party of between 61 and 120 guests. To reserve exclusive use of Motorwagen Cafe and Restaurant a $2250 minimum spend applies. To secure a reservation a $1125 deposit is required.

 

BREAKFAST MENU
For Breakfast we offer four options for catering:
Light refreshments with fruit and pastries on arrival for $12 per guest
Full A La Carte Breakfast. Available for groups of up to 15 guests only
Group A La Carte Breakfast. Available for groups up to 32 guests only. Guests order at the table from a reduced breakfast menu
Alternate Drop Breakfast. For fast seamless service when conducting a bust meeting schedule

BISTRO MENU
For lunch or dinner we offer three option for catering:
A la carte. Available for group up to 20 guests only.
Guests are welcome to order from the full a la carte menu from the table on arrival
Alternate Drop. Available for groups of 21+ guests.
The organize selects 2 dishes per course. Dishes are served alternate drop
Shared Set Course. Available for groups of 21+ guests.
The organize selects 3 dishes per course.
Selected dishes are served on platters to the middle of the table for guests to share

To allow for time to make the necessary arrangements, menu selections and all dietary requirements are required 7 days prior to dining at the latest.

BEVERAGES
Groups are welcome to order a beverage package or may have beverages charged on consumption.
Please follow the link to view our range of beverage packages.
To insure availability for beverage service on consumption, we request groups to select a sparkling wine, two white wines and two red wines from our wine list prior to dining. Follow the link for details. In addition, all beers, spirits and cocktails will be available on request. Please advise when booking if you wish to restrict the service of cocktails and spirits and we will gladly accommodate.

Any beverage selections made less than 7 days prior to dining, or on the day of the event, are subject to availability.

Booking Confirmation
To reserve exclusive use of a section of the restaurant a minimum spend applies. To secure a booking a deposit is required. The balance of the bill is to be settled on the conclusion of the event. If the minimum spend is not met, any difference will be charged to the credit card on file. All monies paid will be forfeited in the event of complete cancellation within 7 days of the event date, or no show on the day. Confirmation of the number of guests attending is required 72 hours prior to dining. Pre-arranged catering will be charged and served for the number of guests confirmed to attend, unless the number of attendees is higher. All cancellations must be made in writing to eat@motorwagen.com.au
